Max's Dedication

What an AWESOME DAY!!

On August 11th, my ENTIRE family got together in Greeley to Dedicate Max.  Max was baptized in Chicago by Great Grandpa T (photos to come), but my family wasn't able to attend, so we had a service at Great-Grandma and Great Grandpa Rady's church.

Kyle and I dedicated Max, along with his sponsors at St Paul's Congregational Church in Greeley by Reverend Roscoe Schultz.  It was awesome.

Zachary loved acting live a ham on-stage and Max was getting hot and over it, until the Pastor put his hand on his head.  It was a very special moment.

After the service, we gathered at the Rady's for lunch.

It was a day we won't soon forget.  Congratulations Max!  We love you so much!

The Renaissance Fair

We took the boys to the Renaissance Fair for Sean's Birthday.  Here are the highlights:

1.  Zachary and the boys got pirate swords
2.  Max was almost eaten by an elephant
3.  Zachary rode his first carnival ride without a parent (went on with Colin and Dylan)
4.  Zachary ate his first Turkey Leg
5.  We saw a store that sold Elf Shoes.
6.  I carried Zachary the length of two football fields because he's two and doesn't want to sit in his stroller
7.  The Renaissance Fair is a terrible place to have strollers
8.  You shouldn't be stuck at the fair in the rain
9.  Don't take the 'scenic' route because you're worried about traffic.  There's NO TRAFFIC
10. It's better people watching than sitting at DIA!

It was fun, but we're good for another few years!  Great memory!

Zachary's Best Buds

We've been busy!  So many updates, so little time!

I have lots of updates for you, but wanted to post these photos of Zachary and his best friends, Colin and Dylan.  Zachary loves his cousins so much and we're so lucky we get to see them often.  Hope they're best friends forever.

Someday......

I love this kid so much.

I hope he makes it to the NBA and I can show this to him the day he signs to his team.

Max- 7 Mo

Max!  It's been too long since I've bragged about you!  I have updated photos, but wanted to back-track so I didn't miss anything!

You've been so busy and so curious.  At 7 months, you've gotten teeth and started to crawl.  And you've gotten fast!

You've also been a very patient boy.  We started soccer and swimming with Zachary and you just go right along, missing naps and your favorite hot oatmeal for packaged foods.  At 7 months, you enjoyed playing with lots of toys, started a friendship with another boy at school, smile with your nose scrunched, you love to talk ""dadadadadada", and you love to hijack whatever toy your brother is interested in.

You also have the most awesome hair.  It's long, tinted red and blows in the summer breeze (or when your dad puffs in your face).

We weighed you at swimming- 19 pounds already!  You love eating and trying new foods.  You're growing and smiling and bring joy o our family every day.

We love you so much Max.  Thanks for being such a great little boy!

Zachary's Recovery

Thank you for all of the support and prayers for Zachary.  Last Thursday was really tough on the family.  Zachary is a champ and handled the surgery well and was very brave, but Kyle and I dealt with a lot of stress and anxiety at the Hospital.

The ear tubes and adenoids went quickly and well as planned.  The best part was the results of the GI Doc.  He found irritation in his intestines, which means he either has an infection or an allergy.  We get the biopsy results later this week or early next.

Our suspicions were right for the GI procedure.  Something has been really irritating Zachary's stomach, so we're so thankful we'll know what it is soon.

We have overwhelming love for Zachary and are determined to get him the best care possible.

Thanks for all of your love.  We felt it!!
